HORRIBLE SERVICE — DO NOT COME HERE! I would give this place ZERO stars if I could. We paid $3,600 for a transmission, and we were told it came with a one-year warranty. Only 8 days later, the car started having a serious issue where the transmission was jumping when reversing. I brought it back so they could check it, and I was told that nothing was wrong. I came back again because the problem continued, and this time I was told that the computer was the issue and that it would cost me another $1,600 to replace it. Now the transmission is completely not working. I brought the car back again, and instead of standing behind the work that was already done and the warranty I was given, I was told that because I didn’t pay to change the computer, that’s why this happened. Now, supposedly, he wants to “help” fix the problem, but he’s asking me for ANOTHER $3,000. How does that make any sense? I already paid $3,600 for a transmission that was supposed to have a one-year warranty, and the problem started just 8 days later. I feel like I’m being taken advantage of and being charged more and more money instead of having the original work properly fixed. This has been extremely frustr

My car started acting up and I needed to get my transmission checked. Andre took my car out, explained all that was wrong in the most detail so I could understand and gave me helpful information. Was very patient, helpful and understanding. Thank you Andre

I paid $2,000 to have my car fixed here. A week later it broke down with the same symptoms. I returned to the shop after being told I had 1 year warranty, but that went out the window since they diagnosed a "different" problem causing the same symptoms. PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE, BEWARE.

Great service and Honest workers. Went in there for oil change and only took 30 minutes.. They always take car of only the need of the car..

I took my BMW 325I '05 recently to fix a tranny problem in which I only had the transmission problem nothing else. now some transmission shop don't work on BMW cars, but this shop said they did so we had set a price @ 1600$ to install a need torque converter and clean out anything that gonna harm the transmission. we agreed and they told me the car will be ready by Friday it was a Wednesday that day. So I left my car there knowing it's in good hands, these people seem legit. but on Thursday they called saying that an other problem occur they told us the cost for that was 150$. it seem reasonable how they explain to me what it was. I told them to fix the other problem as well. and so on Friday the day I was suppose get my car back they had said they found the main problem causing all the damage. they said it was a computer problem in the BMW that was causing all the transmission problem the cost for that was 300$. now see we had an original set price @ 1600$. when they had said an other problem occur I was okay with that. but when I heard a third problem occur they became very sketchy. the total price to completely fix my car was now over 2000$. I needed and still need my car so aft
